A new face

Lately I've been on the look for a new foundation. My current one is Mary Kay's Medium-Coverage Foundation. I've been using it for about 3 years now and I've always liked it, it covers well and you don't have to fiddle with it much.
I decided to try Revlon Colorstay Mineral Mousse. I was looking for something light and with good coverage for my uneven skin tone. This foundation is very light and it covers easily. I was worried that because it was a mousse that it would be too thin and not hide anything. To my surprise it does cover well and I can build on coverage, I just let it dry a bit before applying the next layer. It also adapts well to my skin color even with the second layer.
The only thing I have to say is not to use this product if you don't exfoliate and moisturize regularly, because it will show. I kinda expected because it is a matte mousse and many matte products will show those types of imperfections.
Over all, I liked the this product, it's made me more aware of the need to exfoliate and to moisturize on a regular basis, especially now in these colder months. I'm still keeping my Mary Kay foundation for these winter months and use the mousse in the warmer days, or switch it up every once in a while.
